Thanks You's & Shoutouts

Since 1996, I have truly been blessed by meeting so many great people that have impacted my life. I would say that my friends that are Jo Dee fans are some of the nicest, truest, and best friends I have. Sure, things change over time...people lose touch, friendships fade. But I'm sure that all of us, as Jo Dee fans, will find ourselves looking back and remembering how much of a role those people played in certain times of your life.

There are so many wonderful people I have met and formed friendships with because of Miss Jo Dee Messina. I'm sure no matter how hard I try, I'll be missing someone here...but here's a shoutout and a little bit of thanks to all of you who have made being a Jo Dee fan great for me. I love you all.

Tiffany- Tall Tiff! Canuckie! Girl, you're my Jo Dee Angel. I know you will always be there to support me and help me in everything I do. The world would truly be a better place if there were more people like you. You're a true Jo Dee fan, back from the day of HTBS and Hero. We gotta get Jo Dee to do the wiggle! Laura- I am so honored to have you as one of my friends. I hope you realize how much your friendship means to me. You were the first Jo Dee fan I ever really "knew". Thank you for all your love and support over the years. You have such an awesome energy...I don't know how anyone wouldn't love you. I hope you never let go of that quality...it's that make you, you! You are definitley one of the most dedicated Jo Dee fans out there. And you know it! So does Jo Dee...LOL love ya! You're awesome! I definately will never forget you.

Amber- You're not just my friend, you're a Jo Dee fan! It's amazing how close we've become in our 2+ years of friendship, and that it's Jo Dee that made us friends. You're my chica...never forget how awesome you are and what a great person you are. I can't wait until we go to more Jo Dee concerts together...the two that we've experienced together have been awesome. Us going to Fan Fair together...that's just something that we'll always remember, and I'm glad after I've been going all these years, I finally get to experience it with my best Jo Dee friend! "Are you two sisters?" LMAO remember that?! Divine Secrets of the Jo-Jo Sisterhood is what we've got! Here's to many, many more summers of friendship and concerts, and don't you ever forget about me! Sarah- I have never been so happy as to share one of my favorite Jo Dee memories with you. It was an awesome concert, awesome experience. I mean...who can forget Jo Dee worrying that we were going to break something jumping out of the trailer? We should have like twisted an ankle or something to get pitty...LOL J/K, I'm not that sick and sad. Actually, we were kind of sick and sad! LOL! We'll have to do it again sometime! It's always awesome to see you around at a Jo show here and there! Don't miss any more meet & greets! LOL Hopefully you can make it to Fan Fair one of these days..."Keep The Faith!"

Krissie- You are such a sweetie! A little insane maybe, but I love your sense of humor. You're one of the coolest Jo Dee fans I know. Fan Fair 2002 was so much fun! It was awesome getting to hang out with you. May you have many more years of doing things like chasing the Country Weekly people. LOL! You are such a unique person, and totally funny. Stacie- Duckie! We'll always be little nuts, and Jo Dee will always be a walnut. It's been awesome knowing you, you're a huge Jo fan. I'll NEVER forget FCP 2002 or any of the other stuff along the way. There will always be a time when I was paparatzi, Jo Dee was the innocent celebrity bystander, and you were...you. LOL. There will always be days of crazy, late night chats talking about...OK, let's not talk about some of the things we've talked about! I can't believe you started seeing Jo Dee in late 2001 and have already seen her almost (well, sort of...LOL) as many times as me! As always, remember the good old days...MUCH pipe cleaner love!

Aimee- Girl, you are just one of the nicest all around people I know. I'll never forget the first time I met you...or our group trip to the bathroom at Wildhorse for Jo's FCP 2001! (Why do Jo Dee fans always end up in bathrooms together...?! LMAO!) The two plus years I've known you have been awesome. Stay sweet, and keep loving Jo!

Erika- It was neat getting to meet you at Fan Fair 2002. Even though you had to drag around with all of us crazy Jo Dee people! LOL I hope we did some good in converting you into liking Jo Dee!

Nikki- Getting to know you has been awesome...you are the perfect Jo Dee fan. I swear, we were separated at birth and were sisters in past lives! Jo Dee was also one of our sisters...don't forget that. LOL. Soon, there will be a picture of you and me here! Yippie! Fan Fair 2003...it's going to be wild stuff and a time for us all to remember! I haven't even known you for a year yet, but it seems like forever! That's what friendship should be like, right? "NIKKI!"..."HEATHER!"...LOL! Man...it's so great talking to you. Pretty soon, you'll meet Jo Dee and hey- a whole new level of fanism!

Sara- Hey, it's been cool seeing you at like, almost every Jo Dee concert I've been to in the past 2 years. Someday, I'll have seen Jo Dee...what is it now, 41 times?! LOL I'm sure well run into each other at more concerts. Its almost a given! FCP 2001, Jackson, Mt. Pleasant, Detroit, and Detroit...woah, those are a lot of shows! Ha- we so totally abandoned our moms at the Sept. '02 concert! LOL but, I'm going to try to go to more. Amber and I will be seeing you around. There are a lot of really cool Jo Dee experiences you've had, and those are worth the world. Don't ever forget that. Keep hanging in there. See you soon!

This page is all about and dedicated to my friends, as you know by now. Since this site is mainly about Jo Dee, you know theres going to be lots of Jo Dee fans on here. There are. Thats just a given. You are all the people I owe the most thanks to. But, I have to pay attention to and thank all of my other friends. You should know about them, too. They support me in everything I do, and I love them very much. I will be updating this page every once in awhile, so keep checking back!

Well everyone, this is my party posse. These are my best friends, the people in my life I am closest to and know best. Let me take the time to tell you all about them...

Katy- Katlyn has been my best friend my entire life virtually. As you can tell, she really knows how to rock out. Katy is 16 and a junior in H.S. She's a little bit punky, a little bit dorky, a little bit crazybut she's one of the sweetest people I know. We first met when we were both two years old. All through our childhood we lived 10 houses apart, and we were inseparable. When I was 12 years old, I moved about 12 miles away out to the country. It may not seem like much, but to Katy and me, it was a lot.

And as you can tell, Katy and I are still best friends. We dont see each other as much, and we go to rival schools! Waverly vs. Grand Ledge! But still, when we get together, its a constant party. You are my best friend in this world, Katy...almost 15 years, and it still feels like yesterday we were riding in your little red Fischer Price car. Love ya, girl!

Kristen and I have been friends since out sophmore year. It all started in weird Mr. Sanders class! She's 18 years old and a senior @ GLHS. It's a pretty great thing! She is so, so sweet. We have a lot of great memories...like eating lunch everyday together junior year, making drawings in Geometry class, and having custody battles with Ashley over whose week it was to sit next to! Yes, we've had some great times together, like buying condoms in the bathroom at Royal Scott and tampons at Wal-Mart!

Well, I figured, I can be my own friend! LOL I just like this picture. So look at it. This is me, Im Heather, and I just turned 17 years old. Jo Dee Messina is awesome! But I think you already knew I think that.

Mike and I have been friends...forever! Our moms are best friends and have been since the 1970's. As a matter of fact, they were pregnant for us at the same time. We were kicking eachother before we were even born, probably. Mikey was born in September 1985, and me 2 months later. So that makes him 17 years old and a junior at Eastern High School in Lansing. He is a wonderful singer, and he even tried out for 'American Idol'! Overall, he's just a great guy.

Yep, he thinks Im pretty crazy. He knows Im pretty crazy. But weve got a lot of memories and always have a great time together. Here's to my favorite "American Child"...enjoy your Phil Vassar CD, LMAO. Keep writing songs about how much of an ass Simon is and about how American Idol SUCKS ASS! But most importantly, keep up with your awesome talent and just keep being you.

What can I say about Jenny? Well, she might seem quiet and shy until you get to know her. But trust me, shes really crazy. I've known her since freshman year. Jenny is a true product of the 80's. She loves Care Bears, Trolls, and everything like that. We have a lot in common. Shes 18 and a senior @ GLHS. She likes Lord of the Rings, Elvis, and The Beatles. And pineapples! Ananas! We had a really great party one time...Duck Fest...OK, maybe it wasnt so great. But...STILL! We rock.
